I've always wanted an island in our kitchen. I dream of a wooden antique island one day in our forever home- but I'm all about making your home cozy for the season you're in. It was tricky finding something narrow enough for this space to still be functional. I will be adding casters to the bottom of this island so we can easily move it around when needed but I absolutely love the wood finish, the drawers, the knobs- it truly reminds me of Mexican rustic pine furniture- which I have a lot of throughout our home, so this new piece flows beautifully. And, it is a smidge over $100, making it an affordable kitchen island. I love the extra counter space & the extra storage through the drawers and bottom shelf.
It took a little while to put together. The shipping was fast! And overall the quality is great. It isn't flimsy & makes a beautiful addition to our home.
